Shipping & Returns Policy


GRATIUM will aim to ship your items within 3 – 5 working days of the order been placed.


Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 14 days return policy.  GRATIUM will refund, replace or exchange unopened, unused and damage free items in its original packaging.

GRATIUM are unable to refund, replace or exchange opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

GRATIUM cannot refund returned items that are damaged or lost in transit, and are not responsible for any items that are returned in error. 

Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number in order to obtain a Return Request Form to complete.

We regret that we are unable to refund the original delivery/shipping charges.

If you are approved, then your refund, replacement or exchange will be processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for GRATIUM items purchased at other retailers. Only items purchased on may be returned for a refund.
